Over the last few months, as the urban space was shrinking, we found ourselves spending a lot of time between four white walls. We felt a yearning to let the outside in, and to bring into our home the spatial sensations and situations that were suddenly taken away from us. A group of illustrators chose to use their unique skills to express their renewed appreciation for the outdoors, nature and freedom, to offer their take on dealing with isolation and loneliness in a confined space and to give visitors a spatial-environmental experience at the gallery space located at Museum of Natural History, Jerusalem. The participants examined the blurred line between the outside and the inside and at the possibility to be outside while at home, while redefining the inner space through a distinct connection with the outside.
